Terms and conditions for prepayment and full payment refunds
Prepayment or full payment IS REFUNDED if:
the trip was cancelled due to OUR fault;
the passenger cancelled or rescheduled the trip more than 3 days before departure (departure day is not counted);
the passenger cancelled or rescheduled the trip less than 3 days before departure, but provided documentary evidence of inability to travel due to health reasons of themselves or a family member (other situations are considered individually).
Prepayment or full payment IS NOT REFUNDED if:
the passenger cancelled or rescheduled the trip less than 3 days before departure (departure day is not counted);
the passenger had document issues during customs control at the time of the trip (the passenger is solely responsible for all documents and certificates);
the passenger was found with items prohibited for cross-border transport during customs control and was returned to the country of departure.
